1) Can I customize the harness tags with my pet's Instagram name?

A: Yes, you can customize.

2) Can I buy and customize the chest tags with a name and without the phone number?

A: Yes, just provide the pet's name and do not include a phone number.

3)  How many personalized tags come with the purchase of the chest harness?

A: With each personalized safe buddy harness purchased, comes  "two"  tags to customize for free.

4)  Can I customize it to say "Emotional support"?

A: Yes, it is possible to customize.

5)  Does customization have a cost?

A: No, customization is free.

6) Can you put text and number on the same tag or different ones?

A: Yes, for example:

LUCKY

Tag 2

BUDDY

Note: You can put your name on one tag and just your phone number on the other if you wish.

7) Can I add emoji?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to add emoji.

8) Can I exchange or return?

A: We do not accept exchanges/returns of customized products.

9) Can I change the font size to custom fonts?

A: Unfortunately it is not possible for the size of the letters. The size is standard, if the client wants larger letters, we recommend typing all the letters  capital letters.
